Marathon Club Build-Up

Whether you are building up distance to join Marathon Club for the first time or are a veteran who’s taken some time off, our Marathon Club Build-up will help you prepare for the upcoming Half or Full Marathon training season. We’ll be meeting at Runner’s Soul to do weekly group runs (3 to 5 miles).

Clinic Details

  • Sessions will be Thursdays at 6:00 PM from Runner’s Soul.
  • Sessions are free of charge and no sign-up is required.
  • Session dates: Dec 4 (3 Miles), 11 (3.5 Miles), 18 (4 Miles), Jan 7 (4.5 Miles), 14 (5 Miles)


Monday to Wednesday: 10am – 5:30pm

Thursday: 10am – 8pm

Friday: 10am – 5:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am – 5:30pm
